Survey made by national organizations reported eating two or fewer meals per day nearly tripled from the previous year's survey, rising from 11.3% in 2015 to 32.5% in 2016 and 48% in 2017. Based on the data, the authors of the study estimate that some 9.6 million Venezuelans eat two or fewer daily meals. In addition to food staples, there have been shortages on everything from basic goods such as soap, toilet paper to healthcare supplies. We’re motivated and moved by our passion as a Christian organization. With the help of local leaders and volunteers, we provide life-changing resources such as food, and Christian educational opportunities to children. We are thankful that God has open great opportunities to serve in communities’ side-by-side with a local team of precious people whom are answering to their own needs with real solutions, which are both maintainable and feasible to implement at the hands of the communities themselves.
